Singles Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Singles profile or using the Singles Wheel, chat, or restaurant matching features (collectively, the "Singles Feature"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Singles Feature.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use the Singles Feature. By creating a profile, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

You are required to provide your date of birth when creating a Singles profile. This information is used to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement. Providing a false or inaccurate birthdate to circumvent the age requirement is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Singles Feature.

The Singles Feature is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. LocalRaid does not knowingly collect information from minors and will remove any profile found to belong to a person under 18.

3. No Responsibility or Liability

LocalRaid is not responsible for any interactions, communications, meetings, dates, or outcomes that result from using the Singles Feature. The Singles Feature is provided for entertainment and connection purposes only. LocalRaid does not verify user identities, perform background checks, screen profiles, or guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by users.

You use the Singles Feature entirely at your own risk. LocalRaid is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or harm — whether physical, emotional, financial, or otherwise — that may arise from your use of the feature, including but not limited to interactions with other users, in-app messaging, restaurant selections, or in-person meetings.

4. Personal Safety

You are solely responsible for your own safety. LocalRaid strongly recommends that you:

• Meet in public, well-lit places for first dates.
• Arrange your own transportation to and from the meeting location.
• Inform a friend or family member of your plans, including the location and time.
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave the situation.
• Do not share personal or financial information with other users.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your profile.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Use the feature for any illegal or harmful purpose.
• Solicit money or financial information from other users.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

6. Messaging

In-app messaging between matched users is provided as a convenience. LocalRaid does not monitor, review, or moderate messages and is not responsible for their content. You are solely responsible for what you communicate to other users.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalRaid, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Singles Feature or your interactions with other users.

8. No Warranties

The Singles Feature is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. LocalRaid does not guarantee that you will find a match, that the restaurant wheel will produce suitable results, or that other users' profiles are accurate.

9. Reporting

If you experience inappropriate behavior, contact LocalRaid through the Support page. LocalRaid reserves the right to suspend or remove access to the Singles Feature for any user at any time, for any reason.

10. Changes to These Terms

LocalRaid may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Singles Feature after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
